Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and may take up to 7 working days to reach you.
Placing Orders

Order Delivery and Cancellation
- Your convenience is our priority. We confirm every order through our Customer Service team within 24 hours of placing it. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at (01003338269), and we’ll be happy to assist.We will monitor the delivery process and inform you if your order is delayed or rejected within 3 days. - Please note, our official business days are Saturday to Thursday. Fridays and public holidays are non-working days for both our staff and shipping companies.
Delivery Schedule
- We process and ship orders 6 days a week, except Fridays: The shipping timeline is 2-5 working days from the time your order is confirmed. You will receive an SMS from the shipping company with the COD (Cash on Delivery) amount and courier contact information when your order is ready to be delivered.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at (01003338269).
Returns Policy
- Please note that our policy does not include refunds or returns. We only offer exchanges in exceptional cases.
Exceptions & Exchanges
- We offer product exchanges in cases where you receive an incorrect item. Before proceeding with an exchange, we require that you provide images clearly showing the items you received along with the incorrect item. To complete your exchange, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase, and the item must be kept in its original packaging. Any incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If all conditions are met, your item will be eligible for exchange, and a replacement will be sent to you once we receive the incorrect item. Please note that you will need to return the incorrect item to complete the exchange process.
